Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 croissants (kipferln), stale
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 250 g mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp lemon balm, chopped
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the croissants in half crosswise. Melt the butter in a pan, place the croissant halves cut-side down, and toast for about 1.5 minutes. Place on a plate. Spread each croissant half with a tablespoon of yogurt, top with berries, and sprinkle with flaked almonds, lemon balm, and sugar.
