Crostini with colorful ricotta paste

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 12 slices of Ciabatta (or toast/white bread)
  • 150 g ricotta
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the washed tomatoes (removing some of the seeds first, if necessary). Finely dice the ham. Finely slice the spring onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic. Mix the ricotta with the ham, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and Parmesan cheese and season with the spices. Spread the topping on the slices and bake in a preheated oven (225°C fan/250°C fan-assisted oven) for about 5 minutes. Serve warm!
