Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g crab in brine
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 bunch of dill
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, white
- Cayenne pepper
- 12 slice(s) Baguette(s), cut diagonally
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Preheat the oven to 230°C fan/convection oven. Drain the prawns thoroughly and finely chop them. Deseed and finely chop the chili pepper. Finely dice the shallot and also chop the dill. Mix everything with crème fraîche and season with the remaining ingredients. Spread onto the baguette slices and bake for about 7 minutes, until they begin to brown and become crispy.
