Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of ciabatta or baguette
- 4 slice(s) ham thinly sliced, approx.
- 4 tbsp, heaped goat’s cheese
- ½ pear(s), approx.
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quarter the pear, remove the core, and cut into thin slices lengthwise or crosswise. Cut the ham slices into pieces and roll them up as desired. Toast the bread under the broiler or in a toaster, spread a thick layer of goat’s cheese, top with the pear and ham, and serve immediately.
