Cruffins with jam from the Omnia oven

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of croissant dough from the refrigerated section, approx. 250 g
  • 75 g jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

very simple

Place the Omnia oven on the stovetop without the muffin tin and preheat for 5 minutes over high heat. In the meantime, unroll the dough on the work surface. Spread the jam evenly over the dough. Disregard the diagonal cutting lines, but cut the dough into three pieces along the vertical lines. Cut these in half again lengthwise. Roll up the six strips you have now created and place them upright in the silicone muffin tin for the Omnia oven. Place the tin in the Omnia oven. Place the Omnia oven on the stovetop with the lid closed and bake the cruffins for 5 minutes over high heat and then for about 20 minutes at a lower heat until golden brown. Carefully remove the cruffins from the silicone tin, let them cool slightly, and serve while still warm. Tip: This method can also be used to make cinnamon cruffins with a cinnamon-sugar-butter mixture, or savory cheese and ham cruffins.
