Crumble Cookies from Dough
The perfect crumble cookies from dough recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Pck. Vaillin sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 80 g Currant jelly
- Roughly knead all ingredients – except for the currant jelly – with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Remove 1/3 of the mixture and have it ready.
- Knead the rest of the dough with your hands to make a smooth dough. Roll this out between two layers of baking paper approx. 3 mm thin – if possible rectangular -, slide it onto a firm surface and put it in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
- Add 2 level tablespoons each of flour and sugar to the dough that was retained and use the hand mixer paddle to make crumbles.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° O / bottom heat. Line the tray with baking paper. Take the sheet of dough out of the refrigerator and cut (or cycle) into 3 x 4 cm rectangles. Place these on the baking tray at a distance, spread about 1/2 teaspoon of jelly and top with 1 teaspoon of streusel.
- Put the tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Done ………… if you are patient, let it cool down ….. ;-))), then ready to snack ………..
