Gorgonzola on Fruity Rocket Salad
The perfect gorgonzola on fruity rocket salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 1 tablespoon Date balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- Green pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence

- 2,5 Handful Arugula
- 2 tablespoon Dried sour cherries
- 2 small Tomatoes
- 100 g Gorgonzola
dressing
- Whisk the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil, salt and pepper and herbs with a whisk.

- Place the rocket salad with the sliced tomatoes and the spring onion cut into rings on a plate. Dice the Gorgonzola and also place on the plate. Add the dried cherries. Pour the dressing over the salad.
