Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chia flour
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce, e.g. Tabasco
  • 1 tsp, heaped gyro seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the well-chilled chicken breast into approximately 2.5 cm pieces. Then either process it into mince in a food processor or put it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and garlic and finely dice both. Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Form the mixture into 15 meatballs. Carefully heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs for 5-6 minutes on each side.
