Ingredients for 45 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 75 g powdered sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g cornflakes
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g oat flakes
  • 75 g chocolate decoration (drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter with the powdered or brown sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla essence, salt, and egg until creamy. Stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Finally, briefly stir in the remaining ingredients. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of dough onto baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake until golden brown. Makes about 45 loaves. Setting: Fan oven Temperature: 150-170 degrees C Rack: 3rd from the bottom Baking time: 20-25 minutes or: Setting: Top/bottom heat Temperature: 180-200 degrees C Rack: 2nd from the bottom Baking time: 12-15 minutes + preheat!!!
