Raspberry semolina

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 100 g semolina
  • 300 g raspberries (or other fruits)
  • 2 cups of cream yoghurt, 125 – 150 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with 2 tablespoons of sugar, the vanilla seeds, and the pod, then stir in the semolina. Boil for 1 minute, remove from the heat, and discard the pod. Puree the raspberries and mix with the yogurt, then stir everything into the semolina.
