Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g butter
- 100 g honey
- 40 g almonds
- 30 g sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Wholemeal cookies, makes about 40 pieces
Blanch the almonds, peel them, and chop them. Combine the honey and butter in a small saucepan. Bring both to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent burning. Add the oats, almonds, and sesame seeds. Mix well, remove from the heat, and let cool to lukewarm. Using a teaspoon, place small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
