great souvenir for the graduation party

For the batter, beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Then stir in the oil and natural yogurt. Slowly stir in the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the chocolate shavings. If the batter is too stiff, add more milk if desired. Divide the mixture evenly among muffin tins. Bake at 150°C (fan oven) for approx. 20 minutes. To decorate, unroll the licorice twists and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long. Melt the chocolate coating. Cut a small hole in the center of the finished and cooled muffins, pour the chocolate coating into the hole, and insert the wafer rolls. Then place a chocolate dot in the center of the underside of a chocolate mint bar and press it onto the wafer roll. Dip a piece of licorice twist into the chocolate coating and stick it in the center of the hat. If the wafer roll isn’t secure enough, add another circle of chocolate coating around it. These yogurt muffins are just an example. You can use any muffin recipe.
