Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g oat flakes
- e.g. pumpkin seeds, sliced hazelnuts, linseed and sunflower seeds
- 8 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 180 ml maple syrup or honey

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Mix the flakes and seeds in a bowl. Add the oil and syrup (or honey) to a pan and heat. Then stir in the flakes and seeds mix. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and heat to 150 degrees Celsius. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Then let cool and transfer to a sealable jar. Serve with apples, bananas, kiwis, grapes or oranges, and yogurt. It’s also great for snacking on its own.
