Crunchy Salad with Orange and Ginger Dressing

The perfect crunchy salad with orange and ginger dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dressing:

  • 300 g Cocktail vine tomatoes
  • 1 small Cucumber 150g
  • 50 g Salmon ham cubes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 100 g Blueberries fresh
  • 100 g Fresh raspberries
  • 10 g Fresh ginger
  • 100 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamico Bianco Mediterranean herbs
  • 1 tsp Garden herbs
  • Salt, pepper to taste
