Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g sugar, brown
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 75 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • e.g. chocolate coating or sprinkles for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the softened butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold in. Finally, add the oats and desiccated coconut. Place 2 teaspoonfuls of the cookies onto a baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for about 9-10 minutes at 160°C (320°F). If desired, you can dip the cookies halfway in chocolate coating or decorate them with sprinkles. This recipe yields approximately 4 baking sheets / 75 cookies.
