Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 180 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup(s) eggnog
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and add to the mixture. Add the egg liqueur and mix well. Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan. Bake at 175°C for about 1 hour.
