Crying Cake (Ela Tas)
The perfect crying cake (ela tas) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sauce:
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- Milk
For the chocolate cake:
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 200 ml Oil
- 200 mg Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
For the sauce:
- Bring the dark chocolate to the boil with a little milk so that it becomes thick and thick. The sauce is ready to serve.
For the chocolate cake:
- Mix the ingredients together to form a smooth dough and then pour them into a baking pan. Let the cake bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven and then pour a lot of sauce over it.
