Cucumber Salad with Lots of Dill
The perfect cucumber salad with lots of dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Knife tips Chilli flakes
- 2 Knife tips Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoon Condensed milk 10% fat
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 80% fat
- 3 Blocks Frozen dill **
- 1 branch Chopped parsley until smooth
- Slice the peeled cucumber into very fine slices, ideally immediately in a bowl. Then fold in all the ingredients mentioned, cover the bowl and let it steep for at least an hour.
- Then mix once and season to taste (tasting beforehand does not help at all, because all the ingredients have only now combined with the cucumber and its juice). If necessary, season with a little pepper or salt, but this is usually not necessary. Good Appetite!!
- I served my cucumber salad with dill with a neck roast and small potato dumplings.
- ** Fresh dill can be frozen wonderfully – I have explained that in more detail here: http://www./tipp/1246/Dill-im-Tiefkuehl-Schlaf.html
