Cucumber Salad with Dill

The perfect cucumber salad with dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 tsp Mustard hot
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  1. Wash the cucumber and slice it into fine slices, mix with salt and sugar and let it steep for half an hour. Pour off the liquid and forcefully squeeze out the cucumber slices with your hand.
  2. Mix mustard, lemon juice (or mild vinegar), sour cream, rapeseed oil and dill, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the cucumber slices and season to taste.
