Cucumber, Iceberg, Strawberry and Chilli Salad

The perfect cucumber, iceberg, strawberry and chilli salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Mix yoghurt, oil, balsamic vinegar, water and sugar into a dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  3. Clean the chilli pepper and cut very finely.
  4. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  5. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces.
  6. Wash and quarter or halve the strawberries.
  7. Put all the ingredients in the dressing, mix well, leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and serve.
