Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packages of tortellini from the refrigerated counter
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 75 ml white wine
- 50 g mozzarella, grated
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tsp beef broth
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with cream
Dice the onion and fry. Add the ground beef and fry. Dice the bell pepper and fry with the ground beef for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and 1-2 dashes of Tabasco. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. For the sauce, bring the cream, beef broth, mustard, honey, and white wine to a boil and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place the pasta and ground beef in a baking dish and pour the cream over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F).
