Cucumber – raw ham – rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • Mozzarella balls or Parmesan pieces
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cucumber into long strips using a vegetable peeler. Brush both sides with balsamic vinegar and then season with freshly ground black pepper. Cut the prosciutto into 3-4 cm wide strips. Then place them on top of the cucumber strips. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place a mozzarella ball on each one, but you can also do without. Parmesan pieces are also great. Tip: If you prefer a more acidic flavor, you can also briefly marinate the cucumber strips in balsamic vinegar.
