Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 150 g yogurt (1.5%)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- 2 tsp chives, cut into rolls
Instructions

Peel the cucumber and dice it finely. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss the cucumber cubes with the dressing and serve sprinkled with chives.
