Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cucumbers
  • some milk
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pack ready-made mix, for salads, with dill
  • some parsley, fresh or frozen
  • n. B. garlic
  • some Maggi or stock powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice or grate the cucumbers (depending on your preference), mix the sour cream with the herb mixture, and add a little milk to prevent it from becoming too thick. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and the frozen herbs. Season with Maggi or bouillon powder, if desired. Finally, stir everything thoroughly and refrigerate for about 10-20 minutes. Perfect for warm days!
