Cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 ½ tbsp yogurt
  • 2 ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the cucumber thinly and trim the stem. Slice or coarsely grate. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. In a salad bowl, combine the yogurt with the vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper, then whisk in the oil. Wash the dill, shake it dry, finely chop it, and stir it into the sauce. Mix in the cucumber and onion and let it stand for a moment.
