Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect for hot summer days

Wash and peel the cucumber, and finely slice it. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until a green paste forms. Add the sauce to the cucumber slices, mix, and serve.
