Cucumber salad with beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 can beans (sharpened beans)
  • Vinegar
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Sugar
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the cucumber and drain the beans. Mix a little vinegar with milk. Finely dice a large onion and add it. Season generously with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the cucumber and beans, mix well, and season again.
