Cucumber salad with cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 100 ml cream
  • some dill, chopped
  • some sweetener, liquid
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the gherkin into pieces or slices and season with salt. After about 25 minutes, strain the resulting juice. Add a pinch of pepper, diced onion, and the cream. Season to taste with lemon juice and a little liquid sweetener. Finally, add a little dill.
