Cucumber salad with eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of lettuce – fix (e.g. paprika – herbs)
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely grate the cucumber. Mix with sour cream. Stir in the salad dressing. Dice the eggs and fold in.
