  • 4 radishes with leaves
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • ½ tsp lovage paste see recipe in the database

Instructions

Wash and slice the cucumber and radishes. Finely slice the radish leaves. In a bowl, combine the vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, Maggi seasoning, and oil. Press in the garlic. Add the cucumbers, radishes, and leaves and mix well.
