Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds, fat-free roasted
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil (not olive oil)
- ½ tsp salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise without peeling them, and remove the seeds. Then slice them into sticks—not too thin, not too thick. Don’t let them stand! Stir in the toasted sesame seeds. Dress with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a salad dressing. Delicious with anything stir-fried.
