Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, small, waxy
- some vegetable oil
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic
- some salt, coarse
- some pepper, colorful
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brush a little oil onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wash the potatoes, halve them, and place them on the sheet. Peel and halve the garlic cloves, and place them between the potatoes. Wash the rosemary sprigs and scatter them throughout. Season generously with freshly ground pepper and salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C until golden brown and serve hot.
