Cucumber salad with sour cream and dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • some pepper, white
  • 3 sprigs of dill, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

without sugar

If necessary or desired, peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Mix with the salt and let them drain in a sieve for about 15-20 minutes. Squeeze the water lightly and place it in a bowl. Finely chop the dill. Add the remaining ingredients and the dill and mix well. Season to taste and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
