Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 1 handful of pointed cabbage
- 4 tbsp vinegar (apple-elderberry vinegar)
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- n. B. coconut blossom sugar
- salt and pepper
- 4 stalks of ground elder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the lettuce. Drain. Trim and wash the pointed cabbage. Finely chop the ground elder and mix with the dressing ingredients. Season to taste and mix everything together. Serve in bowls.
