Cucumber salad with wild garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 10 leaves of wild garlic
  • 150 ml coffee cream or cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the cucumbers; if you like, you can peel them first. Make the marinade from the ingredients and season to taste. Finely slice the wild garlic and mix with the cucumbers and the marinade. Season to taste and garnish with wild garlic, if desired. It tastes best when let it sit for 1-3 hours.
