Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp, heaped honey, liquid
- 1 tsp fruit vinegar
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- ½ tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Salad herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly, add a little salt, and let it sit for a while. Mix all the other ingredients for the dressing together well. Squeeze the cucumber slices a little and add them to the dressing. Mix well and serve.
