Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 large cucumber(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the cucumber into thin slices. If you like, peel and seed it. Peel and chop the garlic, sprinkle with salt, and grind it into a paste with a knife. Mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and garlic together and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices, toss to combine, and enjoy.
