Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 pack of bacon cubes
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 liter of broth
- some dill
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
simple and delicious
Peel the potatoes, onion, and cucumbers, skin the sausage, and dice everything. Sauté the onion and bacon. Briefly fry the potatoes and cucumbers as well. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Add the tomatoes and sausage. Season the stew with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. When serving, add a little more crème fraîche to the plate, if desired.
