Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g cucumber(s)
- 100 g bacon
- 40 g butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- ⅛ liter sweet cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the cucumbers, halve them, and cut them into pieces. Brown the finely diced bacon in the butter, add the cucumbers, and season with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Sauté everything for about 10 minutes. Then thicken with the flour mixed with the cream and season with dill and salt. It goes well with white meat or fried fish.
