Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 130 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 1 pepper (hot)
- 100 g pitted olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tsp oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- herbal salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the feta cheese with the oil, yogurt, lemon juice, oregano, crushed garlic, and cayenne pepper and stir until creamy. Slice the olives. Peel the cucumber and dice it into small cubes. Place both in a bowl and mix. Pour the cheese mixture over the cheese and mix gently.
