Cucumber – zucchini – salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 small zucchini, approx. 2-3 cm thick
  • 1 small vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 tbsp vinegar (wine)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • n. B. Dill

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

A very tasty salad with grilled food

Thinly slice the cucumber, zucchini, and onion. Finely chop the garlic. Whisk together the wine vinegar, mustard, salt, garlic, and sugar. Add the vegetables and fold in. Sprinkle with dill. Let stand for at least 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. The salad also tastes great with just cucumbers; in this case, use 2-3 cucumbers.
