Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 100 g sheep’s cheese, crumbled
- 75 ml whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of chervil
- 1 small cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with jacket potatoes
Mix the low-fat quark with the crumbled feta cheese, whipped cream, salt, and pepper. Chop the chervil, deseed and finely dice the cucumber, and fold it into the quark mixture. It’s a dream with boiled potatoes.
