Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • Spice mix, Greek or gyros spice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • Olives, as desired
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some starch flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the oil and gyro seasoning in a bowl. Let it simmer with the meat for about 15 minutes. Cut the vegetables into pieces. Finely chop the onion. Briefly fry the onion in a pan, then add the meat and cook. Then add the chopped vegetables and cook for a while. Stir in the crème fraîche and a little cornstarch. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
