Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg ice cream, vanilla ice cream with chocolate sprinkles
  • 500 g pudding (vanilla flavored cream pudding)
  • 4 balls of confectionery (Rocher)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Layer the slightly thawed ice cream and pudding in small glass bowls, alternating layers. Then cut or chop the scoops into small pieces and sprinkle them on top as a “croquant.” Refrigerate until ready to serve.
