Peach cup with quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 pack of fruit fix
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 100 g chocolate, grated
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar, Bourbon
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree the peaches with about 4 tablespoons of the canned juice and the orange juice. Stir in the fruit mix. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark mixed with sugar. Layer the fruit puree, quark, and chocolate alternately in glasses.
