Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 90 ml buttermilk
- 135 g flour
- 100 g chocolate (block chocolate), melted
- 250 g butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 cup egg yolk
- 20 ml Blue Curaçao
- 20 ml banana liqueur
- 20 ml grenadine
- 20 ml syrup (mint syrup)
- 12 paper baking cups

1 recipe – 4 cupcakes, makes 12 pieces
For the batter, mix together the margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Then add the eggs. Beat until fluffy. Then mix in the flour and baking powder. Finally, mix in the buttermilk and melted chocolate (best done in the microwave for 4 minutes at 240 watts). Pour the batter into a 12-cup muffin tin (lined with paper baking cups). Tip: To get the perfect amount of batter into the muffin tin, you can use an ice cream scoop. One scoop per cup. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 175°C for 25 minutes. Top/bottom heat is best. For the cream, mix 250g butter with 250g powdered sugar and one egg yolk until smooth. Divide the mixture into smaller portions and flavor with different syrups or liqueurs. The only limits are your imagination. Decorate the whole thing beautifully.
