Cupcake with Baileys
The perfect cupcake with baileys recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the tartlets
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Oil
- 100 ml Baileys
- 150 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
For the frosting
- 175 g Butter at room temperature
- 175 g Powdered sugar
- 175 g Cream cheese
- 5 tbsp Baileys
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
For the tartlets
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy
- Add the oil and Baileys and stir together briefly
- Now fill the dough into muffin molds, max. 3/4 full, so that they don’t get too big.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Take out and let cool down.
For the frosting
- Stir the butter at room temperature until smooth.
- Sieve powdered sugar.
- Stir in the cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar and Baileys one by one.
- The cream should be in the refrigerator before processing, if it is still too runny.
A tart becomes a cupcake
- Fill the frosting into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
