Cupcake with Baileys

The perfect cupcake with baileys recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the tartlets

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 100 ml Baileys
  • 150 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder

For the frosting

  • 175 g Butter at room temperature
  • 175 g Powdered sugar
  • 175 g Cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp Baileys
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

For the tartlets

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy
  2. Add the oil and Baileys and stir together briefly
  3. Now fill the dough into muffin molds, max. 3/4 full, so that they don’t get too big.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Take out and let cool down.

For the frosting

  1. Stir the butter at room temperature until smooth.
  2. Sieve powdered sugar.
