Cuppucino Cream with Strawberries Low Carb
The perfect cuppucino cream with strawberries low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Lowfat quark
- 10 g Unsweetened cupucino powder
- 50 g Yogurt
- Xucker (alternatively stevia or sweetener)
- 20 g Coffee cream
- 100 g Strawberries
- Mix the quark, yoghurt, Cuppucino powder and coffee cream with the hand mixer
- Season to taste with Xucker.
- Cut the strawberries into slices.
- 2 Prepare dessert bowls.
- Now put a large part of the cream in both bowls
- Place a few strawberry slices on top of the rest of the cream.
- Decorate the rest of the strawberries
