Cuppucino Cream with Strawberries Low Carb

The perfect cuppucino cream with strawberries low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Lowfat quark
  • 10 g Unsweetened cupucino powder
  • 50 g Yogurt
  • Xucker (alternatively stevia or sweetener)
  • 20 g Coffee cream
  • 100 g Strawberries
  1. Mix the quark, yoghurt, Cuppucino powder and coffee cream with the hand mixer
  2. Season to taste with Xucker.
  3. Cut the strawberries into slices.
  4. 2 Prepare dessert bowls.
  5. Now put a large part of the cream in both bowls
  6. Place a few strawberry slices on top of the rest of the cream.
  7. Decorate the rest of the strawberries
