Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Water
- 70 g Xucker
- 80 g Soy flour
- 5 g Baking soda
- 500 g Quark 40% fat
- 15 g Dark chocolate 81%
- 10 g Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Fat for baking pan 24cm round
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Separate eggs.
- Beat the egg whites with water and xucker until stiff.
- Fold in the yolks
- Mix the soy flour with baking soda and fold in as well.
- Grease the shape (24cm).
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool down well.
- Halve the cake base horizontally so that you have 2 round plates.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Mix with quark and vanilla extract.
- Spread the cream (except for 3 heaping tablespoons) on the bottom cake base and then put the lid on it.
- Spread the rest of the cream on top and spread the desiccated coconut on top.
- Cut into 8 equal pieces.
