Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 50 g butter
- 90 g powdered sugar
- 0.33 packs of baking powder
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- Raisins
- 1 shot of rum
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 250 g quark (20%)
- Butter and breadcrumbs for the mold

Simple and inexpensive dessert
Mix together the room-temperature butter, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, raisins, rum, egg, semolina, and lemon juice until smooth. Finally, carefully stir in the quark (without a mixer). Pour into a greased and breadcrumb-coated dish and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 170°C (gas mark 4) for 1 hour. Pierce briefly with a pin to check the casserole is cooked through, then enjoy while still hot.
